BIG DEAL Company was extatic to be selected as the retreat planning partner for Edgewise Therapeutics and their all company retreat, held in Fort Lauderdale, FL - January 2025.
After months and months of careful planning, our client enjoyed multiple onsite training and break out sessions, countless activities and memorable experiences. Our guests stayed at the beautiful Lago Mar Beach Resort and Club.

175 guests explored the expansive property and took part in pickleball, yoga, a painting class. go kart races, a heated pool, welcome party on the beach, shopping, nightlife and a privately catered cruise on a private yacht!
