You’d be surprised how many overlook or forget about event permits, checking for electrical access, or even waste management. Make sure to add these details to your checklist early!

• Choose Vendors Who Align With Your Vibe

The right caterer, florist, photographer, or DJ can elevate your event. We’ve worked with A LOT of vendors - and we have those we highly recommend. We like vendors who match our energy, creativity, attention to detail, and reliability.

Some of our most memorable moments happened because of a last-minute curveball. Rain plans, backup entertainment, and flexible attitudes are crucial!

• Market Early, Market Smart

Start promoting your event 6-8 weeks in advance. Use teasers, behind-the-scenes content, testimonials from past events, and countdowns on social media and in emails to build buzz.

• Email Isn’t Dead

Speaking of email…..Email campaigns with catchy subject lines and clean visuals still convert. Use segmentation to target the right audience at the right time.

• Tech Can Be Your Friend

From registration apps to digital signage to live streaming, technology elevates the experience for your guests.

• It’s All In the Details

Signage, lighting, and restroom accessibility - these are the small details that guests remember. Anticipate needs ahead of time.

Ours includes all the event essentials: duct tape, phone chargers, stain remover, zip ties, scissors, granola bars, and Advil. Trust us.

Encourage hashtags, create Instagrammable moments, and don’t forget that your phone has video capabilities!
Pro-Tip: Assign one person to lead an Instagram or Facebook live post from your event.
