The Easiest of Easy: At the beginning of a meeting, ask team members to share one word that describes how they're feeling that day. This simple exercise helps team members connect on an emotional level, promoting empathy and understanding.
 
Two Truths and a Lie:  Encourage team members to share three statements about themselves – two truths and one lie. The rest of the team must guess which statement is the lie. This activity promotes openness and helps team members get to know each other on a personal level, fostering trust and understanding.
 
Network Blitz: Set up a series of quick one-on-one conversations between team members. This rapid exchange of information helps break down communication barriers, encourages networking, and facilitates stronger connections among team members.
 
 Building an Attitude of Teamwork Activities
