 The Family Center-La Familia’s Fiesta Party was a huge success, with a record-breaking crowd gathering to enjoy the vibrant and eclectic atmosphere at The Lyric. The evening kicked off with a lively salsa dancing lesson, followed by electrifying music from Salsa Forte, setting the perfect tone for a night of fun. This year’s Silent Auction featured a unique addition - the Piñata Experience, where La Familia supporters in-person and online bid on six themed piñatas filled with gift cards and candy. One special piñata included a highly coveted Casa Bonita package, adding extra excitement to the event! At the heart of the celebration was The Family Center’s mission to support children and families, ensuring they all THRIVE! The Fiesta truly put the “fun” in fundraising, and we can’t wait for next year’s celebration of 30 years of impact in Northern Colorado!

A wild and crazy scavenger hunt takes place in downtown Loveland and Old Town, Fort Collins Colorado. It is the perfect marriage between a road rally and a bar crawl! Costumes, team color coordination, and 'Rabbit-Wear' is encouraged! A kick-off takes place at a local watering hole. Teams of up to 9 are gathered. Each team receives a bag filled with 'tools' for their hunt! Once we say the word "GO," all teams open their first Easter Egg and privately read their first clue. Each clue will lead teams to businesses around town where they will hunt for their eggs and solve clue after clue. The Easter Keg Hunt is by foot, and sure to be your favorite new way to celebrate Easter! The cost to participate is just $40 per person. The winning team receives a large keg trophy, and every team receives drinks and goodies along the way! The Hunt takes about 2-4 hours. This community fundraiser was a true testament to the power of collective action, and it not only brought people together, but it also raised over $40,000 to support The Family Center’s vital work.  Setting the Stage The Lyric was the perfect venue for this festive event. Its eclectic charm matched the colorful and vibrant celebration. The Lyric prides itself on its commitment to fostering community connections, and it was the ideal choice for The Family Center’s event. As a business that often collaborates with nonprofits to expand their presence through events and campaigns, we were impressed with The Lyric’s ability to resonate with the event’s mission.  The Fiesta Experience The Fiesta Party was an unforgettable experience, filled with live music provided by Salsa Forte, delicious food, and a lively atmosphere. The music and vibe inspired guests to dust off their dancing shoes and join the musical fun.  Raising Over $40,000 One of the most remarkable aspects of this event was its fundraising success. Our dedicated team worked hard with The Family Center staff to curate an extensive silent auction display that inspired guests to bid on packages that included artwork from local artists, local brews and wines, and fun experiences. The Family Center surpassed their fundraising goal, raising over $40,000, through the silent auction, live auction, and paddle raise. This achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved, from the event organizers to donors who opened their hearts and wallets to support a worthy cause.
The Impact We understand the importance of not only raising funds but also expanding a nonprofit’s presence in the community. The Family Center’s Fiesta Party achieved both of these objectives. Not only did it provide critical financial support, but it also increased awareness of The Family Center’s mission and the important role it plays in our community. We were inspired by the success of this event and proud to be the planning partners for the festivities.
