BIG DEAL Company was extatic to be selected as the retreat planning partner for Edgewise Therapeutics and their all company retreat, held in Fort Lauderdale, FL - January 2025. After months and months of careful planning, our client enjoyed multiple onsite training and break out sessions, countless activities and memorable experiences. Our guests stayed at the beautiful Lago Mar Beach Resort and Club.  175 guests explored the expansive property and took part in pickleball, yoga, a painting class. go kart races, a heated pool, welcome party on the beach, shopping, nightlife and a privately catered cruise on a private yacht!  BIG DEAL worked with the hotel, offsite vendors, rentals, lighting, A/V, catering, and all activity providers to give the Edgewise team an enjoyable time together in Fort Lauderdale! Build a Backpack Challenge - Team Building and Fundraiser for employees of DBC Irrigation, Colorado. Location: Broomfield, CO Hundreds of employees participated in a multi-part, interactive experience for a good cause!  Montgomery Gentry Concert - A fundraiser for the American Cancer Society and Open House Event. Over 400 guests gathered to celebrate and donate! Over 100K raised. Location: Windsor, CO  Women's Conference/ Mountain Retreat - Over 50 Women from across the US gathered for a motivational conference in Breckenridge, CO. The experience included a photo shoot, activities, team building and a schedule filled with thoughtful ways to connect.  Leann Rimes Concert - An incredible evening with top talent and thoughtful touches. We were responsible for all event elements to make the evening unforgettable. Location: Greeley, CO  Denver Museum Team Building Luncheon - We had the honor of putting together a fun day filled with trivia and games to celebrate community and team connectedness in Denver. Location: Downtown Denver  Travel Team Building and Company Retreat - A jam-packed experience and fun getaway for the entire Slate360 sales team in Santa Barbara, CA. We are thrilled to provide white glove, custom services to clients who want to relax and enjoy their getaway! As a collective of experts, BIG DEAL Company specializes in creativity.
