 Greeley Family House Summerfest 2024 Event Recap  The Greeley Family House Summerfest was a resounding success, bringing together community members for a night of fun and fundraising. This annual event supports the organization’s vital mission of providing temporary housing and support services for families experiencing housing instability in Weld County. Hundreds of guests gathered at the beautiful AIMS Community College Welcome Center. The casual and fun event followed a tropical theme, with pineapples and tiki lanterns as decor. Guests mingled in the open outdoor reception area while a Salsa Band and Dancers entertained. Following the welcome reception, guests moved upstairs to the banquet hall to dine on Cuban-inspired dishes provided by the University of Northern Colorado catering team. A mission-driven program and raffle drawing quickly followed dinner. The evening concluded with plenty of laughter and fun, provided by 2 professional comedians from Denver Comedy Works. The Partners “Be The Difference - Halloween Carnival” event, held at Zoe’s Cafe in Greeley on Friday, October 13th, was a remarkable success! It was a delightful collaboration of efforts between BIG DEAL Company and members of the Partners Executive Team. BIG DEAL Company was thrilled to be a part of this fun event! The primary objectives for this event was to gain recognition in Weld County, and to raise $21,000 for Partners. We are delighted to report that the fundraising goal was not only met, but exceeded! Through a combination of generous donations and exciting carnival games, the community came together to support this worthy cause. The Halloween Carnival was designed as a playground for the 21+ crowd. With spooky decorations, thrilling games, a festive costume contest, and delicious treats, it was a perfect way to celebrate the season while contributing to a meaningful cause. One of the highlights of the evening was the sense of community spirit that filled the event. People from all walks of life came together to support Partners’ mission of making a positive difference for youth in the greater community. It’s a testament to the power of collective action and the willingness of the Northern Colorado community to rally behind nonprofit organizations like Partners.

A Bridge to Forever Onf of the standout features of this unforgettable day was the breathtaking bridge constructed by the bride’s Father, over the family’s sparkling backyard swimming pool. This picturesque bridge served as the aisle, creating a beautiful path towards the future for the newly married couple. The wedding was officiated by the bride’s brother, and the couple exchanged their vows under a beautiful tree decorated with flowers and flowing fabric. As Savannah and Connor exchanged their promises, surrounded by flowers and the serene waters, it was impossible not to be swept away by the sheer romance of it all.  Mariachi Magic Immediately following the ceremony, guests were invited to visit over tasty cocktails and passed appetizers while being serenaded by the lively tunes of a Mariachi band - adding a touch of tradition and irresistible energy to the evening! This added a special element of fun to the entire evening!  An Evening of Elegance The reception was equally beautiful and special! Guests dined and danced in a tent adorned with delicate chandeliers and twinkling lights - transforming the backyard into a beautifully lit wonderland. The food was beautifully catered and presented, the wine was flowing, and the music and speeches were heartfelt and entertaining.  A Sparkler Send-Off As the night drew to a close, Savannah and Connor’s grand exit was nothing short of spectacular! Guests formed a shimmering pathway of sparklers, creating a dazzling tunnel of light for the newlyweds. The joy and love in the air were palpable as the couple made their way through this radiant send off. This special backyard wedding was more than just a celebration - it was a testament to love, commitment, and the power of high school sweethearts turned life partners.
