The holidays are here and in full swing! During this special time of year, Northern Colorado transforms into a twinkling wonderland of shimmering lights and festive decorations. From the bustling city streets and storefront displays to the quiet corners of charming neighborhoods - one can hardly escape enchanting displays of holiday cheer.
 
BIG DEAL Company has compiled a list of holiday lighting marvels you won’t want to miss. Join us on this journey through some of the most captivating holiday light displays that Northern Colorado has to offer:

• Gardens on Spring Creek’s Garden of Lights: The Fort Collins botanical garden transforms into a wonderland of twinkling lights and holiday displays including rainbows, towering flowerbeds, and larger than life lighted floral displays. • Colorado Youth Outdoors Winter Wonderland: This drive-thru holiday display was a product of Christmas in the time of Covid. It was so popular, it is now in its 4th year! You can witness Santa and his elves from the warmth of your car! Tickets are required and start at $25 per car. Proceeds support the Colorado Youth Outdoors nonprofit.

• Winter Wonderlights at Loveland’s Chapungu Sculpture Park: Over 200,000 beautiful lights are on display at this free nightly holiday light show. There is a 30 minute music and light show each night from 5 - 9 pm. Enjoy this holiday favorite through January 1.

• Downtown Fort Collins: Spend an evening exploring the charming streets of Old Town Fort Collins under thousands of twinkling holiday lights. It’s the perfect place to finish your holiday shopping while basking in the festive glow.

• Explore this expansive list of private residences: Is your neighbor on this list? K99’s website shares the locations of all of the homes entered in the Pedersen Toyota Light Up NoCo Contest. Discover homemade holiday displays shining brightly from Fort Collins to Loveland to Greeley. These displays will be numbered and you can vote for your favorite. Catch the entire list here.

 
Most of these displays are available to view through the end of December and some beyond. Remember to check operating hours, admission fees, and any specific guidelines before visiting these displays, as some might require reservations or have limited viewing times.
